Creative Campden presents a rich diversity of creative talent for you to visit and enjoy. Artists, writers, jewellers, photographers and musicians are amongst the many to whom Chipping Campden is home.

Chipping Campden owes much of its beauty to the design skills of those who built the beautiful honey-coloured High Street over 300 years ago. Many appreciate Campden for just that glimpse of the past. And yet, behind these stone facades, a new generation of creative individuals and businesses is alive and thriving. The influx of craftsmen who arrived with C R Ashbee at the beginning of the 20th century has left a creative legacy that is alive and well and thriving. Come and visit our members to see for yourself the wealth of talent on offer.

What we do

Creative Campden has been set up to be both a promotional and social forum for all the creative people in the town and surrounding villages, with the aim of:

  1. providing a channel through which people may discover the creativity in Chipping Campden

  2. providing a focus for the creative skills of members

  3. establishing Chipping Campden as a centre of creative excellence

  4. facilitating the exchange of views and ideas of mutual interest, enabling members to inspire one another
