Multimedia Producer

Sarah Beecham, originally a fine artist, is an art historian who has worked for many years as a designer, co-ordinator and producer of multi-media systems. Sarah continues to run Art of Memory, the company she co-founded in 1989 with Graham Howard.

Sarah specialises in interpretation production for museums and galleries. She has had key roles in various bench-mark products such as ‘The Story of Glass’ for the V&A in London, ‘EleKtra’ for the OSI Electronic Publishing training programme and the Fine Rooms kiosks for the Royal Academy of Arts.

Sarah worked with Opera North on OpenDrama, an EU Framework 5 project, and has recently worked with specialist Arts & Crafts museums (Court Barn, Gordon Russell and Cheltenham) evolving interpretive programmes for their kiosks and websites, whilst continuing to work with the Royal Academy on the digitisation of their collection.
